The Square Enix MMO 'Final Fantasy XIV' will also stay with us on the PS5, as confirmed by the producer of the game. Accordingly, work is currently under way on a conversion for Sony's Next-Gen console.

At the Fan Gathering in London, producer Naoki Yoshida said:

"We work hard at PS5 version of the game."

However, there are no further details on the PS5 version yet, but with the PS5 release, the MMO would already be available on three generations, since Final Fantasy XIV was originally launched on the PS3 at that time. Since then, several major add-ons have appeared that keep the MMO almost fresh and up to date almost every year.
