First look at the Reaver, the Wraith's vehicle in Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk 2077 shows a brief visual excerpt from one of the vehicles that will be used by the Wraith, gang from Night City. This is Reaver in Badlands.

Cyberpunk 2077 reveals a small glimpse of one of their vehicles: Reaver. Used by the Wraith gang, the chassis and desert motifs served as a tribute to the fifth anniversary of Mad Max: Fury Road, the film directed by George Miller.

In the tweet, we can read the following: “Reaver – Wraith band custom vehicle based on the Quadra Type-66 model. At nearly 1000 horsepower, you'll race bright and chrome forever. Happy fifth anniversary #MadMaxFuryRoad ”.

The footage, barely four seconds long, allows you to see an area never seen before. Accustomed to the neon of Night City, it is shocking to see a desert environment. Pawel Sasko, head of mission design, comments in response to a fan that this area will be accessible in-game. "It's called Badlands and you can explore it in those vehicles."

Bands and near future

The Wraith are one of the eight gangs that will compete in the criminal world of Cyberpunk 2077. 6th Street, Animals, Maelstrom, Moxes, Tyger Claw, Valentinos and Voodoo Boys are the chosen ones, from whom we already know their hallmark.

We won't have to wait long to see it moving. CD Projekt Red summons us to June 11, as part of the Summer of Gaming event held by IGN. Night City Wire where "things will be shown," according to the studio's community lead manager, Marcin Momot. The event is one of the alternatives proposed this summer to stay connected to the video game industry.

For its part, Cyberpunk 2077 will arrive on September 17 on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Google Stadia.
