Epic Games presents the Fortnite Battle Royale #FreeFortnite Cup, in which we can win the Evil Tycoon skin for free. We tell you how to participate.
Epic Games continues its fight against Apple with a new event within Fortnite Battle Royale: the #FreeFortnite Cup. This tournament will allow all players to participate and have the option to get the Evil Tycoon skin for free. We tell you everything we know about this event of Season 3 of the Battle Pass of Fortnite Chapter 2, including date and time, and how to participate:

The #FreeFortnite Cup will be held on August 23
After the legal problems that Epic Games has had with Apple, there is less than a week to continue playing Fortnite Battle Royale on iOS and Mac devices. Season 4 will begin on August 27 (which we know will have a Marvel theme) And when the new patch arrives, it will be impossible to update the game on iPhone and Mac. To “celebrate”, Epic has decided to create the #FreeFortnite Cup, to be held on Sunday, August 23.
To participate, we can do so through the “Compete” tab, within Fortnite Battle Royale. Once here, we can see the specific time the tournament will start, depending on our region. For four hours, candidate players will be eligible to win prizes in the #FreeFortnite Cup. You can compete alone in up to 12 games. The scores are as follows:
Evil Tycoon Skin
- Uptime: 1 point for every 3 minutes on the Battle Royale island.
- Eliminations: 1 point for each elimination.
- Royale victory: 10 points for each Royale victory.
#FreeFortnite cap
If we get at least ten points in total, we will get for free the Evil Tycoon skin, which parodies Apple, since it is a businessman with a face of few friends whose head is an apple. According to Epic, it will appear on our account after the tournament ends. In addition, the 20,000 best players in the world will get a cap with a flame logo and the text #FreeFortnite. No, this is not a cosmetic item in the game, but a real item that Epic Games will send us home.
