How to make video calls in Fortnite and get the Rainbow Mist wrapper for free
According to Epic Games, the only thing we have to do to start making video calls in Fortnite for PC, PS4 and PS5 is to download the Houseparty application on Android or in the App Store. Once this is done, we must link our Epic Games account with that of Houseparty; This will also allow us to obtain the Rainbow Mist wrapper for Fortnite for free.
Since Houseparty may not be available in all territories, another way to get the Rainbow Mist Wrap for free is to play five games of Fortnite with friends between November 20 at 6:00 CET and November 27 at 5: 59 CET. We will receive the package before December 4, 2020.

Only your Houseparty friends and those of those in your Houseparty room can join your video call.
If I use this feature, who can see my video call?
Only people in your Houseparty room can see your video call in the Houseparty app. When you open Fortnite, you will only be able to see video calls from people who are in the Houseparty room.
If you are making a video call with a person who is recording or broadcasting (for example, on YouTube or Twitch), you will appear on the broadcast or in the video content.
How can I block a person that I do not want to appear in my video call?
It’s easy to block a person you don’t want to appear in your video call. In Houseparty, tap on that person’s face and tap on Block.
In Fortnite, use the Report Player functionality. Open the Settings menu and select Settings> Report / Comments> Report Player. In the Report Player window, select the reason for the report (offensive language, offensive video, harassment, etc.). If you want to report inappropriate behavior on Houseparty, follow these steps:
- Select the person’s name from the friends list
- Select the Settings icon (iOS) or the Friends button (Android) next to their name.

You can also remove it from your friends list by tapping the “Remove from my friends list” button. Remember that you can always lock the room to prevent unwanted users from entering until you or someone else open it again!
