On Sunday December 15 at 12:09 noon, peninsular hours of Spain, the official account of the state of Fortnite on Twitter (@FortniteStatus) published the following:
We’ve released patch v11.30.1 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC to address stability issues.

In Spanish they would say something like "We have released patch v11.30.1 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC to fix stability problems." So this is the only official information there is regarding this quick patch that had no notes on its official website, nor announcement of any kind in Fortnite accounts in Spanish.
With a second tweet, they also announced that the DirectX 12 beta was disabled in the Fortnite PC version, adding that the feature will return sometime in 2020:
We have temporarily disabled the DirectX 12 beta. Thank you for participating – We've gained valuable information. We're going to make some improvements and re-open the doors in early 2020.

Problems during the Fortnite Star Wars event
The Star Wars: Skywalker Rise event held last Saturday, December 14, was not without controversy. We believe that this patch is precisely to solve the few problems that occurred during that event. There were few players who could not witness the event live, including the popular YouTuber WillyRex, as he says:
