Dataminers leak more details about the Fortnite Season 2 Chapter 2 finale event. The Last Judgment device is gearing up.
With the arrival of patch 12.60 in Fortnite Chapter 2 last Wednesday, May 20, the game's dataminers found files showing several of the steps leading up to the hypothetical event of the end of Season 2 of the Battle Pass. The Last Judgment device prepares to be deployed. We tell you everything we know below:
Fortnite Chapter 2: how the Last Judgment device will advance for the Season 2 event
As we have been able to read to various dataminers such as HYPEX or spedicey1, at some point to be determined, the device of the Last Judgment would disappear from Agent Midas's room. This is what it would look like without this enigmatic artifact:

Not only that. In addition, at some other time also undetermined, a countdown would appear on The Agency (in the E4 quadrant of the map) that would indicate how long it would be before the start of the final event of Season 2 of Fortnite Chapter 2:

According to the game files, the Doomsday Device, as it is known in English, is called a "fritter":

This name may simply be a code name, although "fritter" is an archaic English word meaning "to divide something into smaller pieces." Is it a clue as to what this machine actually does? Time will tell.
Except for any last-minute changes or unforeseen events, Season 3 of the Fortnite Chapter 2 Battle Pass will begin on Thursday, June 4, 2020. If an end of Season 2 event is finally held, as the indications suggest, it must be before that date. There is still nothing confirmed by Epic Games, although, taking into account the foregoing, it is possible that said event will be held the weekend before the end of the season: Saturday 30 or Sunday 31.
