The data for the challenges of Week 8 of Season 3 of Fortnite Chapter 2 were added to the game through patch 13.40. According to this file, these would be this week’s challenges:
- Search chests at Frenzy Farm (0/7) – Reward: 35,000 Seasonal PE
- Eliminations in Lordship of Salt (0/3) – Reward: 35,000 Season XP
- Complete the time trial by boat in Locura Lanchera (0/1) – Reward: 35,000 Season XP
- Get from Ciudad Comercio to Pleasant Park by car in less than 4 minutes (0/1) – Reward: 35,000 Season PE
- Gather Wood from Holy Hedges (0/300) – Reward: 35,000 Seasonal XP
- Deal damage to opponents from inside a vehicle (0/1) – Reward: 35,000 Season XP
- Deal damage to opponents from inside a vehicle (0 / 10,000) – Reward: 80,000 Season XP
- Register Ammo Boxes in Sleeping Pools (0/7) – Reward: 35,000 Seasonal PE
Considering that the cars have come to Fortnite Battle Royale with patch 13.40, it was normal for them to include at least one challenge asking us to interact with them. As has happened in recent weeks, there are two “repeat” challenges, one that we must complete on our own, and one whose total progress can be increased by the actions of our fellow Squadrons. It involves dealing damage to opponents from within a vehicle.
