A classic Christopher Nolan movie will air this summer in Fortnite Battle Royale's Master Party mode. We tell you what we know.
The trailer for Tenet, Christopher Nolan's next film, was released worldwide on the morning of May 22, 2020, in Fortnite's Master Party mode. At the end of this Fortnite Chapter 2 Battle Pass Season 2 event, Geoff Keighley made an unusual announcement: This summer a classic Nolan movie will be aired within Fortnite Battle Royale. We tell you what we know below:
Fortnite: Nolan movie to air at Magisterial Party in summer 2020
As we have commented in the introductory paragraph of this news, after the Tenet mini-event (movie whose release date is July 17, 2020) at the Fortnite Battle Royale Magisterial Party, it was announced that, using the same means used to broadcast the trailer, a "classic Nolan movie" will air in the summer of 2020.

Once this friendly interview was over, Keighley dropped the bomb, stating, "This summer we will be airing one of Christopher Nolan's most iconic feature films."

The bets are open, although this is our personal club, based on what we believe is most plausible:
Interstellar (2014): We believe it is the "most appropriate" considering its impact, the theme, and the average age of the Fortnite player.
Inception (2010): This is another of Nolan's most relevant films. Certain action sequences are very reminiscent of video games, making her another ideal candidate for broadcast on Fortnite.
The Dark Knight (2008): This is the most iconic film in Nolan's Batman trilogy, and was a turning point in superhero cinema at the time. Also, there are already Batman skins inside Fortnite.
It should be noted that, although the exact date is not known, this film would be broadcast during Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3, which is expected to start on June 4, 2020.
