The Nintendo Switch version is still in development; no plans on Xbox

In this way, neither Xbox One nor Xbox Series X | S seem to be still contemplated, but Nintendo Switch, whose adaptation is on the way, although without an approximate date. In addition, miHoYo has acknowledged to this medium that the PS4 hardware presented certain difficulties due to its RAM memory limitations.

“One of the biggest hurdles we encountered in developing Genshin Impact for PS4 was optimizing its use of RAM. In PlayStation 4 Pro our game supports a higher resolution and has various rendering techniques applied ”, they say. In order to optimize everything, they used a special internal memory management system that has allowed them to save almost 500 MB of RAM on the PlayStation 4 Pro and 200 MB of RAM on the standard PS4. This space is used to “distribute more memory to other aspects and greatly improve speed and overall performance.”
