George Russell’s weekend began at sixth place on the grid after a tires‑related struggle that left him out of touch with the front‑row pace set by Kimi Antonelli.
“I don’t know what’s wrong,” Russell admitted. “I think it’s the way I’m driving, and the tyre window is kind of skewed for me compared to Antonelli.”

Ten‑Lap Gap and Safety‑Car Interference
By lap 58, Russell was lapped by his teammate Antonelli, marking an early surrender of the lead‑lap.
