Ghostbusters: Beyond presents trailer and poster in the purest eighties style

The famous Ghostbusters saga returns with a direct sequel to the second part of 1989 with the original performers and new additions.

After the first and recent trailer of Wonder Woman 1984, there is now another breakthrough that gives off eighty essence on all four sides; Ghostbusters: Afterlife (Ghostbusters: Afterlife) has presented its first trailer after the teaser almost a year ago with the aim of becoming the real Ghostbusters 2 sequel of 1989 without taking into account the reboot of 2016, also recovering the original cast with new additions.

And it is that Ghostbusters: Beyond bases its development on the generational relay, both between the characters and the director of the film itself; so much so, that the person in charge of this new installment is Jason Reitman, son of the director of the first Ghostbusters installment of 1984. On the other hand, the script introduces us to a single mother and her two children who are going to live in a small town where they will soon discover their links with the original Ghostbusters.

Among the cast we find very fashionable names today such as Paul Rudd (Ant-Man) or Finn Wolfhard (Stranger Things), along with others such as Carrie Coon, Mckenna Grace, Oliver Cooper or Bokeem Woodbine, among others. Although fans of the saga will be glad to know that Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson or Sigourney Weaver will also be in what will be the real Ghostbusters 3.

And from what we can see in the trailer and on the poster itself, nostalgia and fun will be the two fundamental pillars on which Ghostbusters will be founded: Beyond, with the presence of great icons of the saga such as the famous Ecto-1 or several gadgets of the original Ghostbusters, in addition to the occasional slimy spectrum …
