Stadia Pro users will not cease to have their titles if they cease to be part of the service. It was a communication error.
A communication error on the part of Google has caused alarms to go off on Twitter. A message issued by the Italian Google Stadia account indicated that games purchased with a Stadia Pro discount (one of the advantages of the current monthly subscription model) would disappear once the subscription expired. It will not be like this: all the games purchased will continue in our library regardless of whether we cancel the monthly payment
Google has clarified what happens if we stop paying the monthly payment and, therefore, we are no longer Stadia Pro members: the free games we have claimed – currently Destiny 2 and Samurai Shodown – cannot be played unless we are Stadia Pro again; the rest, those that we have bought separately individually, will be able to continue playing.
Hi! To clarify, free games claimed with your Pro subscription will not be accessible if your subscription expires. Any games you purchased with or without discounts are yours to play even if your Pro subscription expires.

As in PS Plus and Xbox Live GOLD: you play while you are subscribed
