The initial Water / Sinister type has won the vote carried out among fans of the saga and in which Google has collaborated.
On the occasion of the Pokémon Day 2020 fans of the saga have chosen their ten favorite Pokémon for this year. It has also been announced that Mewtwo will be seen in the highest level Dinamax Raids from February 27 to March 1 at 11:59 p.m. (local time), but cannot be captured.
This Thursday the results of the vote in which 6,608,215 people participated for a week were published and the list of the ten favorites is as follows: Gengar, (60,214 votes), Gardevoir (60,596), Rayquaza (60,939) , Garchomp (61,877), Sylveon (66,029), Umbreon, (67,062) Charizard (93,968), Mimikyu (99,077), Lucario (102,259) and Greninja (140,559).
Greninja, whose victory has come as a surprise despite having a large fan base in Japan, is a Water / Sinister initial of the sixth generation. He is able to compress the water and create ninja stars with which he attacks the enemy.
It is curious that Pikachu, the great emblem of the Pokémon series, is not among the list of elected.
