GTA VI – New speculations about South America setting

With the latest trailer for GTA Online, Rockstar is once again fueling rumors of a possible setting in South America that will be fully or partially visited.

So far, the only thing that is certain is that the next part, which is likely to appear for PlayStation 5 & Co., is being worked on at high pressure. Where it ends up, one would have spotted in the current video for, The Diamond Casino Heist, Update, in which after about 6 seconds a small change can be seen, which depicts an area in South America. With this one believes to be able to pick up earlier rumors that GTA VI could at least partially play there, perhaps by visiting a city.

So far, among other things, the Colombian capital Bogota was suspected, even though venues like New York (Liberty City) and Miami (Vice City) are also desired by the fans.

It will take some time before Rockstar actually reveals where GTA VI will play in the end. As mentioned, the release of the game is not expected before the next generation.
