For those unfamiliar with the Halo universe, the Rings they refer to from 343 Industries are the different layers of staff who are tasked with testing the game throughout the different testing phases; Thus, Ring 0 receives the developers of the video game itself, Rings 1 and 2 are reserved for external partners of the company and Ring 3 is available to players who are part of the Halo Insider program.
