The actor who plays the Emerald Giant at Marvel Studios shows his interest in such adaptation taking advantage of the arrival of mutants at UCM.

Mark Ruffalo, the actor who has given life to Bruce Banner / Hulk in recent years (after the departure of Edward Norton at the Hulk debut at UCM), has shown interest in the adaptation of the Wolverine vs. Hulk comics, where both characters star in a fierce struggle to dominate the other and how well received he had among Marvel fans in his day. This has been recently secured in the framework of the Tokyo Comic-Con, where he has shared some ideas about the future of Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Wolverine vs. Hulk at Marvel Studios

And it is that with the next arrival of the X-Men to Marvel Studios after the purchase of Fox by Disney, many are the fans who dream of seeing the landing of the mutants to the current Marvel Cinematic Universe; and Mark Ruffalo is very clear. "I'd like to see that," says the actor after naming the original comic, adding that Wolverine is one of the characters he would most like to see interact with Hulk on the big screen.

"I think it would be a great combination," in reference to Hugh Jackman's Wolverine, something that on the other hand is difficult to happen, since the actor who has played Logan in Fox's mutant universe closed his cycle with his homonymous film, at the same time that Marvel Studios intends to restart the new characters completely, without any reference to their cinematic past, with the exception of the Deadpool universe, which will remain the same.

In Marvel comics we have seen several stories with Wolverine and Hulk as protagonists, such as Ultimate Wolverine vs Hulk, in addition to their own animated film. Will we finally see how both characters cross their paths at UCM in the future? Of course, many would pay to see it on the big screen.
