Alien: The eighth passenger or simply Alien came to theaters in 1979 as a promising science fiction and horror film, a film by the filmmaker Ridley Scott with a still very unknown Sigourney Weaver as the main protagonist. The story takes us to a not too distant future in which a ship called U.S.C.S.S. Nostromo returns to Earth after a commercial route from outer space. Before its arrival, the ship's central computer, "Madre", wakes the crew from its cryogenic state due to an unplanned detour.
