With the release of 'Kingdom Hearts 3: ReMind' in a few days, the first and last DLC for the role-playing game will appear. The teams behind are already working on new projects.
As Game Director Tetsuya Nomura explains, there are no further plans regarding Kingdom Hearts 3. Of course there will be updates if they are necessary, but from a new content perspective it was. A kind of Final Mix version is not planned at the moment, which is why you don't even think about it at the current time.
“No updates are currently planned, but if something changes in the future, we will take care of it. Regarding downloadable content, ReMind is the first and last DLC. We are already working on the next title. ”
New projects in progress
However, there was still interesting information from a Q&A, according to which the Kingdom Hearts Union χ team will probably make an announcement tomorrow. Furthermore, two new teams were commissioned with something new, the first project of which should appear surprisingly promptly. What exactly is behind it is unclear.
The only addition was that another and traditional Kingdom Hearts game would again take some time, which precludes tomorrow's announcement.
Kingdom Hearts 3: ReMind will be released tomorrow.
