  • Skarner: Health growth reduced to 580 and base health to 85.

  • Talon: W’s cooldown now ramps up: 9 / 8.5 / 8 / 7.5 / 7 seconds. Increases bonus damage ratio: 55% AD.
  • Tryndamere: Increase base damage by 72.
  • Varus: Increases W bonus damage by 0-80% boosted based on Q channel time: 10.8 / 14.4 / 18 / 21.6 / 25.2% (levels 1/4/7 / 10/13).
  • Veigar: Q cost reduced: 30/35/40/45/50 .. R cooldown reduced at the last levels of the skill: 120/90/60 seconds.
