We tell you all the changes and news that come to League of Legends with patch 11.5, now available to adjust various champions and more of the game.

League of Legends continues to receive updates for another week to add improvements, changes and new additions to the successful MOBA. Now comes patch 11.5, a version focused on correcting various champions, items, and other parameters. Below we will tell you everything in detail as we did a few days ago with the previous version, 1.4, which arrived to accompany the month of February with a good handful of news and adjustments.

Champion changes

  • Azir: Sand Soldier damage 60-160 (levels 1-18) ⇒ 50-150 (levels 1-18)
  • Gragas: Rolling Barrel cost (Q) 60/65/70/75/80 mana ⇒ 80 mana (at all ranks)
  • Jax: Damage Growth 3.38 ⇒ 4.25
  • Karma: Q cooldown: 9 / 8.5 / 8 / 7.5 / 7 seconds ⇒ 8 / 7.5 / 7 / 6.5 / 6 seconds
  • Kog’Maw – Increases W bonus damage towards end of game: BONUS DAMAGE 3 / 3.75 / 4.5 / 5.25 / 6% of target’s maximum health ⇒ 3/4/5/6 / 7% of the target’s maximum health.
  • Master Yi: Increases E base damage. BASE DAMAGE 18/26/34/42/50 ⇒ 20/30/40/50/60.
  • Pyke: Passive gray health storage reduced. Now adds lethality and increases when enemies are close. 25-50% damage taken (levels 1-18) ⇒ 10% damage taken (+ 25% lethality), increased to 35% damage taken (+ 50% lethality) when 2 or more enemies are nearby .
  • Qiyana: W bonus damage increased: 8/16/24/32/40 (+30% AP) ⇒ 8/22/36/50/64 (+45% AP). R damage increased at later levels: 100/170/240 ⇒ 100/200/300.
  • Rammus: Base health growth reduced: 95 ⇒ 80.
  • Rell: Base armor reduced by 35 ⇒ 32 .. W1 and W2 cooldown increased: 11 seconds ⇒ 13 seconds.
  • Samira: Increase base damage growth: 2.3 ⇒ 3. Increase Q damage ratio at end of game: 80 / 87.5 / 95 / 102.5 / 110% ⇒ 80/90/100 / 110/120%.
  • Sejuani: W second hit damage ratio increased: 5.25% of Sejuani’s maximum health ⇒ 6% of Sejuani’s maximum health.
  • Seraphine: The loss of damage from consecutive notes from the passive has been removed, meaning that Seraphine’s notes no longer lose damage against non-minion units but instead “Allied notes now only deal 25% of the damage of Seraphine’s notes to all targets, including minions. ” Allied note damage reduced: 4-16 (levels 1-18) ⇒ 4/8/14/24 (levels 1/6/11/16). R cooldown increased: 160/140/120 seconds ⇒ 180/150/120 seconds
  • Shaco: Base damage reduced: 15/20/25/30/35 ⇒ 10/15/20/25/30 and base damage against a single W target: 35/50/65/80/95 ⇒ 25 / 40/55/70/85. Now Deals More Damage: Surprise Box now deals 10/20/30/40/50 bonus damage to monsters.
  • Trundle: Q cooldown reduced: 4 seconds ⇒ 3.5 seconds
  • Twitch: Passive damage ratio per stack decreased: 3% AP ⇒ 2.5% AP R bonus damage increased: 25/40/55 ⇒ 30/45/60 Duration increased: 5 seconds ⇒ 6 seconds.
  • Udyr: Base health growth reduced: 99 ⇒ 92 .. R total aura damage reduced: 50/95/140/185/230/275 over 4 seconds ⇒ 40/80/120 / 160/200/240 over 4 s.
  • Viego: Various bugs related to Mejai and Possession have been fixed. Viego no longer loses stacks of Mejai Soul Stealer and Dark Seal when possessing an enemy, and now gains Mejai and Dark Seal stacks from enemies he possesses. Fixed an issue where Viego could sometimes possess an enemy soul at very long range if cast right at the beginning of another possession. Fixed an issue where Viego could sometimes instantly possess souls without the 1 second cast time. The ability to dodge turrets has been removed from the passive: Viego no longer dodges shots from turrets that are in the air when the possession animation begins.

Changes in objects

  • Muramana: Basic attacks and abilities deal 2.5% of maximum mana as bonus damage against champions ⇒ Basic attacks deal 1.5% of maximum mana as bonus damage. Melee abilities deal 3.5% of maximum mana as bonus damage, and ranged abilities deal 2.7% of maximum mana as bonus damage. Additionally, all abilities deal 6% of total AD as bonus damage against champions (attacks that trigger spell effects on hit count as abilities). “We’ve fixed a bug that caused damage abilities to trigger Awe’s bonus damage once per ability; now it only activates once for each champion and per skill ”.
  • Edge Cutter: “Edge Cutter’s dash didn’t seem as powerful as his slash, so let’s balance them with a change that doesn’t alter their power”: 200 ⇒ 300 (range), slightly increased speed, slowed down: 60% over time over 2 seconds ⇒ 40% over 2 seconds and damage: 100% AD ⇒ 75% AD
  • Guinsoo’s Fury Blade: Updated “Rage”: Converts every 1% critical hit chance into 2 additional physical damage on hit, with a maximum 100% critical hit chance. Rage’s damage on hit conversion is now affected by critical damage modifiers.
  • Snake Fang: Updated “Shield Reaper”: Damage an enemy champion, reducing any shields it gains by 50% for melee champions and 25% for ranged champions for the next 3 seconds. When you deal damage to an enemy that is not affected by Shield Reaper, you reduce all of their shields by 50% for melee champions and 25% for ranged champions. Additionally, a bug has been fixed where Serpent Fang’s Shield Reaver passive would not reduce an enemy’s shields if the user had any on-hit effect items equipped.
  • Maw of Malmortius: Cost 3100 gold ⇒ 2800 gold
  • Black Cleaver: Cost 3300 gold ⇒ 3100 gold, Health 300 ⇒ 400. New “Rage”: Dealing physical damage to a champion grants 5 movement speed per stack of Carve for 2 seconds.

Game Store updates

  • Starter Packs: Recommended view will now offer the most popular combination of items players start with, rather than just the first item (these are typically potions).
  • They have improved the rendering of the font in the object views and search details.
  • Additional bug fixes and performance improvements. 2 health have been added to the store to round the number.
  • Shurelya’s Battle Song now correctly appears in the Item Shop when filtering for “Ability Power” or “Mana and Regeneration”.

Bug fixes and quality changes

  • LEAGUE OF LEGENDS CUSTOMER: An issue has been discovered and fixed that caused players to get stuck on the “Waiting for Stats” screen instead of directing the player to the endgame lobby.
  • LEAGUE OF LEGENDS CUSTOMER: Fixed various rendering issues around match history charts and statistics.
  • LEAGUE OF LEGENDS CLIENT: Fixed a bug that sometimes prevented players from exchanging champions in champion select.
  • Heartseeker Quinn’s retreat sound effects now play correctly.
  • Camille’s W – Tactical Sweep heal now correctly accounts for bonus damage to the outer cone, not damage to the inner cone.
  • Fixed an issue where Tryndamere could die during his R – Undying Fury if he was hit with an enemy control ability empowered by Unfailing Precision.
  • The bonus damage from Muramana’s passive and Ravenous Hydra’s passive now correctly triggers with each attack after activating Urgot’s W – Purge, not just the first attack.
  • Ranged champions now properly benefit from Doran’s Shield Persist and Recovery passives.
  • Fixed an issue where Udyr could trigger the mana charge of Tear of the Goddess with each attack.
  • Fixed a bug that caused Runaan’s Hurricane projectiles to generate additional stacks of Conqueror.
  • Some champions now properly receive experience when a dragon is defeated while untargetable due to an ability (Master Yi, Xayah, Zed, Kayn, Maokai, and Yuumi).
  • Ravenous Hydra’s Shatter passive now behaves more consistently with similar abilities.
  • Fixed an issue where Ezreal would not trigger Runaan’s Hurricane when casting Q – Mystic Shot and turning at the same time.
  • Fixed a bug where if Shyvana’s W – Burn was active, the Ravenous Hydra Split passive would not work after the first attack.
  • Heirloom Shield War Chest kills from a support now correctly count towards Viktor’s Passive – Glorious Evolution and Preference stacks.
  • Samira’s R – Hell Trigger now correctly applies Ravenous Hydra’s Split passive.
