Riot Games offers the estimated calendar of all the updates that will be published over the next year, although they are not immovable.
League of Legends balanced some of its champions in update 9.24b, so Alistar, Aphelios or Ezreal were some of the warriors that underwent minor changes. In any case, they have already commented that these are minimum power limits, so “they should not affect decision making”. The changes will continue in 2020, as it could not be otherwise. Riot Games has presented the provisional calendar, so if everything goes as planned, the first patch of the year, 10.1, will be published on January 8.
It should be noted that "the dates of the versions may change at any time for various reasons," they explain on the website. The company recommends visiting the website one or two days before launch to see if it has been delayed or not. In case the delay is 48 hours or more, they notify directly from the header of the web.
