Fortnite: this is the event The Device

After suffering several delays due to various events, finally the event The Device was held on June 15, 2020 at 8:00 p.m., Spanish peninsular time. As recommended by Epic Games – and ourselves – we entered the Fortnite Battle Royale waiting room with more than enough time to avoid unexpected problems, disconnections, or queues of players. At approximately 7:00 p.m. we were already connected to the game with a small group of friends.

We wait patiently

We assume that at this time there must be an important influx of players, since the voice chat within the Fortnite Battle Royale itself has given us choppy, canned sound problems and, in general, we have poor audio quality.

Throughout the afternoon, different game modes began to be removed, as is usually the case when there is an event of this magnitude within the game. All in order to only make available the game mode The Device, in which you can enjoy without problems and without interruptions – assuming that we manage to enter a game – of this event at the end of Season 2 of the Battle Pass of Fortnite Battle Royale.
