After the somewhat unsuccessful start of Mafia II: Definitive Edition and Mafia III: Definitive Edition, the longed-for performance patch is now available.

With these, among other things, graphic aspects are further improved, especially on the PS4 Pro, whose support has somehow been forgotten. But the sound and gameplay have also been improved again. You can read all the details below:

Mafia III: Definitive Edition

  • Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the 2K account icon to stay on the screen.
  • [PC] Fixed an issue where older game saves on Steam would sometimes not work.
  • [PS4] Performance on PlayStation®4 consoles has been improved.
  • [PS4] Fixed an issue where the Enforcement Trophy was sometimes not unlocked on PS4.
  • Some sound bugs have been fixed.
  • Some gameplay issues have been fixed.

Mafia II: Definitive Edition

  • Further graphics improvements have been made on PS4 Pro and Xbox One X.
  • General bug fixes.
