Cyclops Enters the Arena
The X‑Men veteran’s debut follows a street‑style assault on Alchemax HQ, where Jean Grey enlisted him to rescue a team member. Guangguang has confirmed Cyclops’ role as a Duelist, making his optic blast the core of his combat style.
The hero’s kit centers on his iconic Concussive Optic Blast. He can unleash a rapid burst (primary) or a single, powerful beam (alternate). His mobility includes a quick glide that shrugs him back into cover.
Additional quirks feature ricocheting beams that bounce between foes, echoing Moon Knight’s signature move. His ultimate removes the visor, flooding the battlefield with a sweeping optic blast that can wipe out an entire squad.
Wolverine Synergy
A new team‑up, “Blast Slash,” pairs Cyclops with Wolverine. The pairing allows Cyclops to charge Wolverine’s claws with his optic power, boosting damage during melee bursts.
Wolverine now receives a new kinetic spin attack called Kinetic Claws, shredding enemies while spinning in a tornado‑like motion.
