Insomniac shows in action one of the new Miles suits in the game, which allows our mascot, Spider-Cat, to accompany us and help us in combat.
Thousands unleashed. The new hero of Insomniac Games stars this month on the covers of Game Informer and Famitsu, on whose pages he shares all kinds of information about his next adventure. But without a doubt, the most important is the one that has to do with Spider-Cat. And it is that in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales we will have a new suit that includes a backpack in which Miles’s pet travels, a beautiful orange cat that even has its own Spidey mask. As if that were not enough, Spider-Cat will help us in combat and will participate in the auctions that we carry out on the enemies, for example by getting out of the backpack and jumping to scratch their faces. Here you can take a first look:

The developer (who is also working on Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart) has shared much more information on Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales in the last few hours. We have seen, for example, a new gameplay with the combat with your first final boss; what the new edition of the Daily Bugle, the revamped New York newspaper, will look like; and we have even known the details about its graphic modes and resolution, in which they explain in what conditions we will reach 4K and 60 fps. We will have to choose between the fluidity of this option, called “performance mode”, and the so-called “fidelity mode”, which lowers the rate of images per second to 30 in exchange for taking the graphic load one step further, for example in what that textures and population density are concerned.
Also available on PS4
Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be one of the launch games for PS5, but it can be purchased in our country until a week before the release of the console. Although this one comes out on the 19th, the game will be in stores starting on November 12, like many others. It will also come out on PS4, where curiously it takes up more space on our hard drive than in the PS5 version. It is confirmed that they will be able to transfer the saved data from one version to another. The one for PS5, yes, has an exclusive ultimate edition that also brings Marvel’s Spider-Man remastered and all its expansions (with ray tracing, 4K and 60 fps). The perfect option for those who have not yet put on the costume of our beloved wall-crawler.
