Thus, Microsoft encourages us to enjoy its different and very varied products during these Christmas holidays, from its Surface devices to the Microsoft Teams videoconferencing application, through its Xbox consoles and various games such as the Halo, Minecraft and Flight Simulator saga, all so that this Christmas is as special as many others.

Of course, according to the Redmond company, we shouldn’t forget about our doggy friends while we enjoy the different Microsoft products; even so, and as we can see in the ad itself, the dog Rufus and his furry companions know very well how to have fun, even in dreams.

“The holidays are very different this year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t experience joy and connection. Our ad tells the story of Rufus, a dog who cannot be physically with his best friend, but through his dreams, experiences the joy of togetherness and friendship. Together, they embark on an epic adventure in the worlds of Minecraft, Halo, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Flight Simulator, just like the humans of Rufus ”, we can read in the official synopsis of Microsoft’s announcement.

And the fact is that the different scenes of Rufus’s dreams in the middle of video games like Halo, Minecraft or Flight Simulator are priceless; scenes like the ones in which the dogs return a fragmentation grenade to the Master Chief after throwing it with force, the joy of the dogs in the pixelated world of Minecraft or the advanced piloting of Rufus and company aboard a small plane.
