Microsoft registers the Xbox Series X logo; picture included

Xbox Series X will have up to 70% more airflow than Xbox One

The North American company patents the logo of its next console, which will go on sale worldwide this coming Christmas of 2020.

Microsoft has registered the Xbox Series X logo through a North American licensing and permissions company. The next console of the company, planned for the end of 2020, will have its own logo, apart from the traditional Xbox, to identify what will be the first model in the new range with which they will launch the next generation.

Those of Redmond have already confirmed that the real name of their next generation of consoles will be Xbox and that, therefore, Series X is only the last name of the current model; which leaves the doors open for more models or trends in the future. For now, only the existence of this console has been confirmed. The registration information for this logo does not include information that is already known, only that it has been patented by Microsoft since April 16.

At this time, as we approach the month of May, we do not know when the next formal presentation of Xbox Series X will take place, either in digital format or in a face-to-face event. Phil Spencer recently indicated that the price will be competitive and that reservations will open this summer with the figure already known to consumers.

Xbox Series X will launch in Christmas 2020; do not foresee delays

Despite the coronavirus crisis, Spencer insists that the launch of the Xbox Series X will occur on Christmas 2020, and apparently no exclusive video game will be delayed, and that includes Halo: Infinite.

You can see below everything that awaits us with your controller, a comparison between PS5 and Xbox Series X, how the RAM memory of Xbox Series X will be distributed for video games and a comparison of load times between Series X and Xbox One X.

Video games that come out on the console with the Xbox Game Studios label will be intergenerational for the first year, so that current Xbox One players will not be left behind.
