A new ARMS fighter-focused Direct to join the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate roster has been announced by Nintendo for June 22.

Nintendo has announced a new Nintendo Direct for next Monday, June 22 at 4pm (CEST, time in mainland Spain). It will be a 35-minute broadcast in which Masahiro Sakurai, director of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will comment in depth on which ARMS fighter will join the game’s roster, in addition to the particular combat skills that it will have and other details. We recall that this is one of the characters confirmed as part of Fighters Pass Vol. 2 and that there are still others that have not been revealed. For now, we don’t know if the fighting title will receive more DLC, but as Sakurai himself stated: There are no plans for a Fighters Pass Vol. 3.
