On the way to Series X: Xbox through its launch catalog

Before we know what games will accompany Xbox Series X, we look back to remember the launch catalog of the three Microsoft consoles.

Xbox, it all started with you

Xbox 360, a brilliant start to the generation

Let's look back: remember 2005. New generation, Xbox 360, the stands of the most popular shopping malls in your area. The queen of the video game section was a white pileup with dozens of kids lining up. King Kong, Call of Duty 2 and Kameo on screen. Variety, visual quality, new control … And alone. Xbox 360 arrived in Europe on December 5, 2005, more than a year after its main rival, PlayStation 3, who did the same on March 23, 2007.

The first party muscle during the first few bars fell mainly on Rare, who left us with two titles as disparate as they are familiar to his fans. Kameo demonstrated the ability of the console in terms of the use of physics. A fresh, friendly adventure that entered through the creative in the visual and stayed because of how different it was in practice. In 2005 it became the home of shooters. Call of Duty 2 was a clamor at the time. Infinity Ward achieved one of the highest rated installments in the franchise. His weight in the saga remained only in it, as far as consolation terrain is concerned. PlayStation 2 received an alternative version with the nickname Big Red One, developed by Treyarch. It was the prelude to the game that changed everything on Xbox Live, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. Along with him, Quake 4, Peter Jackson’s King Kong and GUN were extending the offer.

It became the norm to release a Xbox console with a new Project Gotham Racing, in this case the third in the series. Xbox One, between sports and Kinect

On November 22, 2013, Xbox One arrived, the first release of a simultaneous Microsoft console between the United States and Europe. The firm commitment to Kinect in the first bundles was what led to part of the singing voice not so much in terms of games, but rather features.

After a brilliant career due to its predecessors and the absence of Bizarre, Forza Motorsport finally arrived at the start of a Microsoft console. It would do the fifth installment of the saga, which although it was not the best, demonstrated in full 2013 part of the graphic potential that the console would achieve. It also served to buy how the vibration of the triggers worked, one of the main novelties of the new version of the remote.
