Moon Studios' title Ori and the Will of the Wisps receives various enhancements such as HDR support and increased FPS limit on PC and Xbox One.
Ori and the Will of the Wisps has been available on PC and Xbox One (in addition to the Xbox Game Pass catalog) since March 11 of this year 2020. In our Reviews, where we rated it with an excellent 9.2, We noted that one of the negative points of the Moon Studios title was its glitches. The company has listened to users who pointed out this fact and has prepared a great patch that is now available to download and install in our version of the game, which fixes multiple bugs and adds new improvements that we detail below.
All the improvements that Ori and The Will of the Wisps receive on PC and Xbox One
Moon Studios released another patch last April to fix many of the glitches the game came with, but something that still hasn't been tweaked was the High Dynamic Range (HDR) images, which were still mediocre. Therefore, they set to work on a new update to cover that technical facet, along with the rest indicated below:
- HDR Support for PC
- Enhanced HDR images on Xbox One consoles
- Dynamic resolution scale
- Extended FPS limit
- Improved performance and stability on both PC and Xbox One consoles
- Fixed crash on startup issues
- Fixed outstanding issues with unsuccessful achievements
Beyond these technical improvements mentioned, various adjustments have also been added in the audio section, in addition to improvements in gameplay where various players had reported finding bugs during their game sessions. With the changes that this patch includes and those that will come in the future, from Moon Studios they intend to continue polishing their work to get the best possible from it.
