After giving away Assassin’s Creed 2 for a few days, it’s time to allow Hasbro’s board game to be played at no cost in its PC version.

Ubisoft remains committed to offering free entertainment during the coronavirus-related period of confinement (COVID-19). After giving away video games like Child of Light or Assassin's Creed 2 and offering free trial periods for works like Assassin's Creed Odyssey and The Crew 2, the French giant is now betting on one of the greatest board game phenomena of all time in one of his most recent video game adaptations: Monopoly Plus.

Thus, from this April 22 to next April 27 at 20:00 CEST, it will be possible to access the PC version of the title through uPlay, the Ubisoft portal for computer video games. It is only necessary to access this link, log in (or create one in a matter of minutes; it is not necessary to enter any payment method) and download the uPlay launcher. In total, an entire week of free play; from that date, those who want to continue playing must pay the price of the complete game and have it forever.

"With a city created in eye-catching 3D, and animated by a team of fun little buddies, Monopoly + takes the classic franchise to a new level."

What is Monopoly Plus?

This version of the title, owned by Ubisoft, also came to PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the hand of Asobo Studio in 2014. It is a three-dimensional recreation of the popular Hasbro board game with a full 3D city in the center of the board; an interactive miniature world with the progress we have in the game.

There are several game modes, depending on whether we want longer or shorter games in a catalog of six rules. In addition, it is designed to play both solo and multiplayer for up to six players; both offline and online. It should be said that the video game has integrated purchases; one of them, the Rabbids DLC. It is fully subtitled and dubbed into Spanish.
