Pokémon GO announces Incense Day: date, times and Pokémon confirmed

Niantic has announced Incense Day for Pokémon GO. The company, in its intention to facilitate more and more functions without leaving home, such as Remote Raids soon, now enables a new monthly celebration that features this characteristic object.

The first and most important thing: the date. The first Pokémon GO Incense Day will be celebrated this Sunday, April 19, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time. The objective is that, during each established time slot, very specific Pokémon appear in our range and, therefore, the range of options grows considerably. Furthermore, it is important to make it clear that incense will last 60 minutes instead of 30 minutes.

What is Incense for in Pokémon GO?

For the less initiated, it is worth explaining what incense is and what it is used for in Pokémon GO. Introduced exclusively for Pokémon GO – it has no presence in the main saga – the object is an item that has a fragrance that can attract wild Pokémon to where we are for a total of 30 minutes; unless Niantic temporarily activates measures to make its activation last longer.
