Pokémon GO: Heatran Temporarily Returns to Raids; date and characteristics

Sinnoh’s Legendary Fire and Steel-type Pokémon is back for only a few days. We know all the details of this new raid.

The Pokémon Company and Niantic have announced that Heatran is temporarily back in Pokémon GO’s Tier 5 Raids. The beloved Fire and Steel-type Legendary from the Sinnoh region returns only for a couple of weeks starting this Friday. Let’s get to know the dates and characteristics of this imposing creature.

Date and details: when Heatran will be available in Pokémon GO

The Lava Dome Pokémon, as the official Pokédex calls it, will be seen in level 5 raids from this Friday, August 21 at 22:00 (CEST) until next September 10 at 22:00 (CEST), more than enough time to launch into his foray with our friends at the time that best suits us.

Pokémon GO: Heatran

We’ll update our capture guide and better counters for Heatran in the next few days, but he’s not changed one iota. It is still a very weak species to Earth-type movements, so it is best to carry a team specialized in this type of movement. Its power goes from 2058 to 2145 CP at level 25, while at level 25 we will see it from 2573 to 2681 CP if it has sunny weather. We must be careful, however, with movements like Fire Spin in its fast and options like Flamethrower, Iron Head or Flare in the main one; the latter the most hurtful.

We remind you that remote raid passes are already available in Pokémon GO, passes that allow you to play raids from home under certain conditions. You can check everything in this link.

Community Day voting for September and October

There are just a few days left until voting begins for the featured Pokémon chosen for Community Day in September and October. Charmander, Caterpie, Grimer and Porygon are the candidates for the closest Community Day this September, which already has an exact date as well as the exclusive movements that these candidates will learn if they are winners.
