Pokémon Legends: Arceus | All Pokémon confirmed for now

We review all the confirmed creatures of all generations in the new title of the Game Freak saga; available early 2022.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus is the new bet of the main saga of the well-known license. After learning about the news about Pokémon Presents, including the desired remakes of Pearl and Diamond by ILCA, the new playable approach to the license was also shown, an open-world installment with ARPG mechanics set in a Sinnoh “from many years ago” . Once your goals as a video game are known, it is time to take a list of all the confirmed Pokémon through that first trailer.

Our mission in Pokémon Legends: Arceus will be to create the first Pokédex in the region. Exploration, research and capture of Pokémon await us in real time using mechanics such as stealth; without that implying leaving aside the traditional turn-based fighting at the hands of Game Freak. According to the official statement, this adventure will take us to the Sinnoh region, the Pearl and Diamond region, but “you have to go back many years, before even the idea of being a Pokémon Trainer was conceived or the existence of a Pokémon League ”, so there will be no trainers – apparently – to fight.

The Poké Balls, in fact, were made of wood and they gave off steam from their upper area when catching a Pokémon. And speaking of Pokémon, there are already a few confirmed ones from practically all generations. To compile this list (via Serebii), not only the species seen, but the corresponding forms of their evolutionary lines, have been taken into account. Thus, to Rowlet (Generation VII), Cyndaquil (Generation II) and Oshawott (Generation V), who came to Sinnoh from the hand of a Pokémon Professor after investigating other regions, we must add their natural evolutions. Of these three we have nine, however.

And so with the rest. For now, more than 50 Pokémon, many of them from Sinnoh, but also from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Unova and Alola. The only ones absent, for now, are Kalos (Generation VI) and Galar (Generation VIII).

Pokémon Legends: Arceus will go on sale exclusively for Nintendo Switch in early 2022.
