Through the Mystery Gift feature, all users will be able to obtain a Galar Corsola with a very special ability.
Time to open gifts in Pokémon Sword and Shield, the newest title from The Pokémon Company and Game Freak. Starting June 5, all players can grab a Corsola from Galar, which comes equipped with the Cursed Body hidden ability, as well as a bundle of evolution items.
What is the Cursed Body ability? If a Pokémon with this power takes damage from a move, there is a 30% chance that it will not be affected. Furthermore, the enemy will be unable to use his ability for the next four turns. As for the item pack, they will be the following: a Sweet Apple, an Acid Apple, a Broken Teapot, a Cracked Teapot, a Fragrant Sachet and a Cream Sweet.
How to access the gift
Pokémon Sword and Shield went on sale last November exclusively for Nintendo Switch. Since then, the title has been updated with some new features, but it will soon be expanded through two major expansions, The Isle of Armor and The Snows of the Crown. In a recent event, The Pokémon Company confirmed that the release date of this first content has been set for June 17, while the second is slated for the fall season.
In La Isla de la Armadura, we will access a completely new area, which will function as the Wilderness Area. This means that there will be freedom of movement and that we can explore the area from top to bottom. New adventures await us with unprecedented creatures in Galar, although they have already appeared in previous generations of Pokémon. The second expansion, meanwhile, introduces a new multiplayer game mode, Wyndon’s Galar Star Tournament. In it, we can fight characters from the main story.
