Prince of Persia is back at a For Honor event

Prince of Persia is back at a For Honor event

The prince saga has been from the Xbox 360 and PS3 generation without making an appearance, but it will return for a limited time.

No, Prince of Persia does not star in any new video game (beyond a virtual reality experience), despite the fact that last year it celebrated its thirtieth anniversary. The well-known franchise is not seen from the last generation of consoles, but Ubisoft has announced a For Honor event that will have the saga created by Jordan Mechner in the spotlight. Swords of Persia is a trademark crossover event that is available from today that can be enjoyed until April 2.

According to the press release sent by Ubisoft, this event will take us to the world of Prince of Persia through a new game mode, which will be available for a limited time. In addition, a new side quest will be added for Arcade mode, as well as new collectibles inspired by the veteran saga. They also promise a free event pass for all players.

When the violent sandstorm ravages the Heathmoor lands, the prince arrives to wear the king's crown in For Honor. Together with their armies of creatures born from the sand, they will try to conquer the territory. Lord of Time is an unprecedented mode, in which the heroes of For Honor must destroy the prince's claims in an alternative version of the Port map, in the Domain mode. Throughout the game, the prince will occasionally appear from a whirlwind of sand, at which point he will try to destroy the heroes with his Dagger of Time.
