Prince of Persia: Sands of Time Remake will have improvements on PS5 and Xbox Series

Ubisoft confirms graphical improvements for Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remakee on PS5 and Xbox Series, in addition to a port for Nintendo Switch.

Despite its recent delay, the remake of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time also brings good news for fans who were waiting for a “new” adventure for the prince, and that is that as can be seen in the Ubi Store, it will be improved for the new consoles, PS5 and Xbox Series X / S. An unbeatable way to enjoy this game that, as they have promised, will have news but will be faithful.

Some necessary improvements given the criticism that Ubisoft India received at the time of its announcement, due to its graphics, and that the Asian studio justified as “an artistic decision”. However, it has not been specifically detailed what these improvements will consist of, although at least an increase in resolution and frame rate can be expected compared to its version for PS4 and Xbox One.

“We really wanted to give the game a unique look, because Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time is a fantastic story,” they said at the time from Ubisoft India. “The narrative and the 40 levels you must go through to finish the game are an immersion in the Thief of Baghdad and all its magical environments. So we decided to go for a unique visual style to differentiate it from other games ”.
