Jim Ryan is excited about the launch of the console and is confident in its present and future catalog of games for PlayStation 5.
With just a few weeks to go until the launch of PS5, the company’s CEO, Jim Ryan, is confident that buying a unit of the console is worthwhile. In a meeting with Naver, the manager has responded to the problem of the rise in prices of games and the general value of PlayStation 5, which he calls “obvious”.
The value of buying a PlayStation 5 is “obvious”
According to Ryan, its objective is to offer “an authentic next-generation experience” through the presentation of “the best exclusive games on the market”. Although it does not respond to the price increase of the main category titles, which will have an initial price in physical and digital format of 79.99 euros, it does believe that the quality justifies the prices.
“It is difficult to talk about the video game market in general or about other consoles, but I think the value is evident in the case of PS5”, argues the manager, visible head of the communication acts related to the machine since PS5 was revealed ago a few months. “We will thrill fans around the world with the best exclusive games on the market and by offering a device with an authentic next-generation experience that will captivate them.”
PS5 and PS5 Digital Edition
At the launch of the console this November 19 in Europe with two models, PS5 and PS5 Digital Edition for 499 euros and 399 euros, respectively (a week before in the United States, Mexico and Japan), it will be accompanied by video games such as Marvel’s Spider- Man: Miles Morales, Demon’s Souls, Destruction AllStars, and Sackboy: A Big Adventure.
In the near future, other names such as the sequel to God of War, Horizon Forbidden West and Ratchet & Clank: A Dimension Apart, will feed a lineup of exclusive games that meet fans’ demands for quality. These three are planned for 2021. No date, however, are others like Gran Turismo 7.
