Since Sony erased the limitations with respect to crossplay, more and more titles have been added to this functionality.

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, also known as PUBG, features cross-play between PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It's not something new, since Bluehole Studio had already partially implemented it in October. However, until now, players could only share game, but not join in the same squad, something that has finally been resolved with the publication of patch 6.2.

Those who want to make use of this functionality just have to find the Gamer Tag of their Xbox One friends or the PSN username in the PUBG friends list. Once that is done, it will be possible to team up and go out to the battlefield to fight for victory in the battle royale. What has not yet been enabled is the cross game between console users and PC users. In fact, the developers have not made any reference to this possibility.

The problem with the cross game between consoles and the PC is mainly the control system. Players with keyboard and mouse have an advantage over those who use the remote to play. However, companies like Infinity Ward and its Call of Duty: Modern Warfare have solved it by activating the necessary filters so that the games are developed in the most fair way possible.

PUBG Mobile, the most successful version

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds 6.2 patch adds a multitude of balance changes, but also the more than expected 8×8 Team Deathmatch mode, in addition to new weapons and the Karakin map, among other additional developments.

PUBG is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. It also has a very successful version for iOS and Android. Not surprisingly, he is the undisputed leader in the mobile field and the first battle royale to overcome the barrier of 1000 million collection. On domestic platforms, however, Fortnite Battle Royale dominates with forcefulness.
