Quantic Dream promises many surprises this year

Quantic Dream will remain with us this year and make a name for itself, as Studio Head David Cage promises today.

With a late New Year's greeting on Twitter, you can look back briefly at 2019, which could hardly have been more exciting for Quantic Dream. For example, last year the PlayStation exclusive development was said goodbye and all of their last titles were also released for the PC. The legal dispute against former employees, which Quantic Dream ultimately lost, was somewhat negative.

According to its own statements, 2020 will be a really exciting year with many surprises. A brand new project may be unveiled after Detroit: Become Human has been available for a while.

As far as is known, one would like to use other genres in the future, with recent job advertisements indicating an action adventure. It is also clear that all future projects will appear as multi-platform titles.

In addition, it should be fairly certain that the next project will be released in the next generation at the earliest, i.e. at least for PS5 and the PC. The goal with the new technologies for Quantic Dream is to push the limits of realistic animation technology further, but also to reach a whole new level in terms of lighting.
