Modders continue to squeeze the tools of the new Valve and a user manages to recreate the terrifying P.T. PS4 with a great level of detail.

After the release of the tools to create mods through the Steam Workshop for Half-Life Alyx, the new and celebrated installment of the saga specially designed for virtual reality, the community has started to work on their own projects, each more surprising, even managing to enhance aspects of the original game and taking it to new levels. And good proof of this is the VR recreation of the famous demo teaser P.T. of Konami for PS4, the ill-fated experiment that had to introduce a new Silent Hill by Hideo Kojima but that was finally canceled after the departure of the creative Japanese from the company. And the result could not be more chilling.

This is what the P.T. in virtual reality

And it is that the user AmbientDruth has published a video presenting his own mod for Half-Life Alyx based on Silent Hills P.T., a practically traced recreation of the original setting and in which there is no shortage of terrifying details that make us live a truly P.T. in VR.

Of course, the author of the mod himself acknowledges that he still has work ahead, since he plans to improve the staging with new sound effects, more complex lighting and various scripted elements, always following the convoluted script of the celebrated demo teaser of Kojima with Guillermo del Toro and Norman Reedus.

Although seeing the current result of the mod, the terrifying setting achieved by that user and the addition of virtual reality, surely playing Half-Life Alyx in these conditions can become a nightmare for any player, especially for the most sensitive to jumpscares and similar shocks.

Recall, however, that there have already been other recreations of P.T. in virtual reality format like the so-called Unreal PT, a VR experience that was born as a remake project made by a fan of Konami’s famous demo teaser.
