Resident Evil 3: the most disturbing Shrek replaces Nemesis in this mod

The sympathetic Ogre from such popular animation films becomes the powerful and relentless enemy of the latest Capcom video game on PC.

The craziest mods keep coming to the last two Capcom remakes from the Resident Evil saga; So much so, that in this new mod that we are dealing with, the fearsome and implacable Nemesis of Resident Evil 3 has been replaced by an imposing Shrek with the face of very few friends. And the result could not be more disturbing.

The friendly Ogre transformed into Nemesis

Thus, and thanks to a new mod from the popular NexusMods website, we can now transform the antagonist of Resident Evil 3 into an imposing and grumpy version of Shrek, the charming protagonist of the famous film series Dreamworks. And it is that as if it were Nemesis himself, Shrek will chase Jill Valentine relentlessly.

Of course, for the moment Shrek will only chase Jill Valentine during the first part of the adventure in Raccoon City; We will see if finally its creator is encouraged to complete the mod and make Shrek chase Jill to the end. And it is that although we all keep a very fond memory of Shrek, the version that concerns us is truly disturbing, both due to its size and an impassive facial expression that will encourage us to flee without looking back.

Shrek isn't the only flashy mod from Resident Evil 3; So much so, that weeks ago we echoed a mod that aimed to resurrect the dinosaurs of Dino Crisis transforming zombies into a species of velociraptors, with debatable results. For its part, the remake of the second installment did not fall short in mods either; and it is even possible to play with Ciri from The Witcher saga.

Do not miss our detailed Reviews of Resident Evil 3, a title that although it does not achieve the benefits of the second part, it does maintain the level of the latest Capcom remakes of its key titles.
