Like Fortnite Battle Royale, the Roblox Corporation game will host a musical extravaganza in your video game.
Releasing movie trailers or offering a concert in a video game was unimaginable a few years ago, but that was before the Fortnite phenomenon. However, it is not the only title that has made similar movements, especially in the current era, where the coronavirus pandemic forces citizens to stay at home. Roblox has announced that it will host an exclusive concert on the weekend, starring rapper Lis Nas X, author of songs like Old Town Road or Panini.

Montero Lamar Hill, the singer’s real name, will perform his most important singles, but in addition, he will also give players the possibility to listen to his new song, Holiday. As confirmed, the concert can be seen in Spain next Saturday, November 14. On the other hand, the preshow will take place on Friday, November 13. It will feature a question and answer session, as well as a ‘behind the scenes’. As if that weren’t enough, there will be an ingame event, a treasure hunt.

Similar to the Fornite concerts, users will be able to get hold of a series of objects and avatars based on Lil Nas X, including two free items: Old Town and Cowboy Hat. This is the first time that Roblox has organized an event of these characteristics. The artist, for his part, will appear digitally rendered with motion capture.
