Psyonix has confirmed the date for the update with the Blueprints in 'Rocket League', which will replace the previous Loot Boxes. Even the premium DLC packs to buy disappear with this update.

There will be a new Item Shop where you can buy Painted Cars, Player Banners, Exotic Wheels, Goal Explosions and much more with Credits.

All the keys you have until then will be converted into 100 credits each, which can also be spent on new blueprints or the new Rocket Pass.

With the new update also the Rocket Pass 5 starts, whose details will be revealed in a few days. Also available is Competitive Season 13, which means distributing the Season 12 rewards granted shortly after the update. So you still have a little time left to complete the competitive playlists and meet the appropriate season reward level until December 4th. Then all these changes come into force.
