After more than 20 years, Rockstar Games co-founder Dan Houser will leave the company in March, as has now become known. Houser was once considered the most influential person in the entire industry.

Why Dan Houser leaves the longstanding studio, which he founded in 1998 together with his brother and Take Two, is not known. At Rockstar Games, Houser was primarily known as a producer of the GTA series, but also worked as an author and voice actor.

The interesting thing about him personally is that the brothers never really wanted to be in the spotlight, but always saw the company in the foreground. Nevertheless, in 2009 Time Magazine was among the 100 most influential people of the year and in the industry.

His time at Rockstar Games ends on March 11, 2020. What follows is unknown. Rockstar Games is currently working on GTA VI, which should be revealed in the coming months.
