Electronic Arts could work on a new edition of 'Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic', as several sources currently claim.
The idea for this has been around for a long time, but has always been postponed until now. The sources mentioned disagree as to whether it should be a remake, a successor or a new interpretation. In this case, you could pick up on the material from that time and add further elements to add it to the Star Wars canon.
So far, however, these are only speculations, as EA has not commented on this report. It is also unclear whether a potential new edition will appear for PlayStation or only for Xbox or PC.
About Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic
Knights of the Old Republic takes place 4,000 years before the first Star Wars episode. The Republic is at war with the Sith, a clan renegade Jedi who strive to seize dominion in the universe. And since the power is strong within you, the fate of the entire galaxy will soon be on your shoulders.
Although Knights of the Old Republic scores with its enormous playful freedom, initially everything is fairly linear. You will find yourself on the desert planet Tatooine, on the water planet Manaan or to Kashyyyk, the home world of the Wookies.
