So are the "Geomijul", one of Yokohama's mafias in Yakuza: Like a Dragon

Sega reveals the first details of one of the three mafias that make up the "Ijinsan" collective in Yakuza: Like a Dragon.

The Japanese company continues to offer us new details about Yakuza: Like a Dragon, the new stage of the Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio star franchise. On this occasion, we focus on one of the three organizations that control Isezaki Ijincho, the Yokohama Red Light District and the main district that we will have in the game. The trio in power are known as "Ijinsan."

We speak of "Geomijul", a "mysterious mafia organization" that gathers around "The Web", its headquarters. The mystery surrounds everything that has to do with its activities, and not even the forces of the law themselves know its background.

We give name and face to its leader: Seong-Hui, played by actress Hana Takeda. It is difficult to see her make an appearance outside her strength. The unknowns fly over his figure, which reinforces being feared by his rivals as one of the great influences in the suburbs of Isezaki Ijincho. You can see her starring in the outstanding image of this piece in a posture similar to the scenes of Lao Gui in Yakuza 0.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon mafia Geomijul

Seong-Hui leads with the help of his right hand, who many will recognize for their participation in Yakuza 6: The Song of Life. Joon-gi Han (Yuichi Nakamura lends his voice) leaves the Stardust club to definitely leave behind his stage in Kamurocho. His affiliation with "Geomijul" leaves the situation of "Jingweon" in the air, the Korean mafia that he led in the last installment starring the Dojima Dragon. The rational and calm side he demonstrated in the past is a cover of his true way of being. Sega describes him as an "unscrupulous killer" who removes "everything that crosses his path."

Yakuza: Like a Dragon will arrive on January 16 to Japan; in the West it is expected sometime in 2020.
