Aspyr Media today announced a PS4 and Switch implementation of 'Star Wars Episode I Racer', which was originally released in 1999.
The game is based on the film 'Star Wars Episode I: The Dark Menace' and focuses on the pod racer races. Star Wars: Episode I Racer puts you behind the wheel of your favorite pod racer as you race through burning methane lakes, Tusken Raider attacks, anti-gravity tunnels and much more, always with a pulsating do-or-die- Fight to the finish line.

When Star Wars: Episode I Racer will be released is currently unclear. The classic Star Wars Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy is now also available for PS4.
