The Valencian studio Chibig shows a 5-minute gameplay of Summer in Mara, a game that will arrive this February to Switch, PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
A few days ago, the Valencian studio Chibig shared a video gameplay on their social networks in which we can enjoy the first five minutes of Summer in Mara. The title will arrive sometime this February to Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4 and Xbox One and will allow us to live an action adventure with RPG and crafting elements located on an island in the middle of the ocean, where Koa has his home. A few months ago, Chibig also introduced the introductory kinematics, so we can already form a fairly clear idea of the graphic and technical style that the work will have.
A peaceful country life
Koa is on the roof of his house watching the vast breadth of the sea. As much as Yaya Haku warns her that it is dangerous, the young woman likes to climb up there so she can have a better view of the place. Once she descends and talks to her grandmother, she asks for help as long as she picks up some oranges for breakfast. When both recover their strength, Yaya Haku hands Koa a hoe and asks him to prepare the field to plant carrots. In addition, he delivers an ax to carry out his tasks on the farm more easily.
Thanks to the gameplay we can see the appearance of Koa's house and its surroundings, in addition to discovering in greater detail some of the functions that the protagonist can perform. Work on the farm, create tools and other elements through a craftero system, cook, explore the island … all this and much more awaits us in Summer in Mara, which will arrive soon (in principle it will be this month of February) to PC and Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
