After releasing the final version of Hades after a stint in Early Access, Supergiant Games promises to work towards bringing it to other consoles.
To hardly anyone’s surprise, Supergiant Games has re-launched a great game with Hades, a roguelite with a bird’s eye view and mythological setting that has managed to dazzle the public. Having already surpassed a million units sold, the question that flies over the heads of even more players is whether it will reach more platforms, since at the moment it is only available on PC, Mac and Nintendo Switch. The study, responding to a tweet from a fan, has assured that it will work so that Hades reaches other consoles.
“Hey, we have released version 1.0 of Hades on Nintendo Switch, PC and Mac via Steam and Epic Games Store,” they have said from the studio, confirming the availability of the final version of the game, which previously went through an Early Access period . “We will consider opportunities to bring the game to other platforms. Thank you for your interest,” responded to a question from a user about the hypothetical arrival of Hades on PS4 or PS5.
A new success for Supergiant
In Hades, the player takes on the role of the Prince of Inframund, and challenging the god of the same, it becomes a spectacular action game. Luckily, the protagonist is able to enlist the help of other Hellenic gods such as Athena, Zeus and Poseidon, as well as Blessings that increase his abilities.
It is not far from the first, and surely it will not be the last time that Supergiant Games dazzles with one of its titles. Not surprisingly, their two previous titles, Bastion, Pyre and Transistor, far exceed the notable average in Metacritic, but everything indicates that with Hades they have managed to surpass themselves. As we said before, Hades is currently available on PC, Mac and Nintendo Switch.
